We're looking for a passionate and commercially savvy Campaign Manager to join our Americas team. Tourism New Zealand is on a mission to attract high-quality, committed travellers who contribute positively to Aotearoa across our four capitals—economic, environmental, cultural, and social.
As the Campaign Manager, you will play a key role in delivering Tourism New Zealand's regional marketing communications strategy, which will be focused on driving visitation from North America to New Zealand. This role directly contributes to the full media lifecycle, from planning and coordination through execution and performance evaluation, across fully integrated marketing campaigns. Using data insights and performance analysis, you'll continuously refine campaign development and future marketing decisions. You will partner closely with world class media experts, creative agencies, tourism partners, and internal teams to deliver high-impact activity across digital, content, social, and paid media channels.
The role helps drive demand and support sustainable international visitation from the Americas by turning strategy into high quality, integrated marketing campaigns.

- Demonstrated digital marketing experience, either in marketing communications role or media buying/planning
- Min 3 years hands-on digital marketing experience, supporting and executing integrated and digital media plans for campaign delivery.
- Experienced delivering consumer marketing campaigns that are insight-led, brand-aligned, and results-driven.
- Expertise across the full marketing mix, with a strong grasp of media integration, growing influence of AI-driven search, and digital performance.
- Understanding of digital media, content ecosystems, CMS operations, and website management.
- Demonstrated curiosity and working knowledge of how emerging technologies, including AI-driven search and content tools, are influencing consumer decision-making within digital marketing and travel planning.
- Skilled in managing projects and budgets from planning through delivery.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing tackers, dashboards, and multi-stakeholder workflows
- Comfortable working with performance data and able to translate metrics into clear insights and recommendations
- A collaborative mindset, proactive, solutions oriented, and able to build relationships with ease as you will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders and agencies to deliver results.
